I. GENERAL TERMS

  1. You must agree to all of the following terms before filling out the commission form. The following terms apply to all artwork I do for others: requests, commissions, adoptables, etc.

  2. Read the following terms and follow them. If you fail to do so, I have the right to deny the request and reference back to these terms to point out what you have missed.

  3. Referencing:

  1. All art references must provide the amount of reference required in your commission (i.e. a headshot commission requires at least a headshot of your reference).

  2. All visual art references must be clear and have all information provided (height, colors, clothes, etc.). If the reference isn’t clear (ex. pixelated), please clarify to avoid confusion.

  3. Written descriptions are accepted but do realize that I have artistic liberties since I am not given a full-body reference. If you want a particular hairstyle or clothing item, online picture references are acceptable, but not of full body characters to copy.

  4. All referenced characters must be owned and/or made by you. I will not draw other people’s characters for your benefit unless you have been given permission. This applies to adoptables you bought: I will draw them if and only if you provide proof you own them.

  5. All character related art will be drawn in a standard pose unless otherwise noted in your request.

  1. Please be kind in your order. If you are nice to me, I will be nice to you, and everything will go smoothly.

  2. I currently do not accept commercial commissions.

  3. If you have any further questions, please contact me via Direct Message on my socials or email.

II. PROCESS

  1. All commissions take top priority over other art.

  2. The minimum time a commission will be completed is seven days (or sooner, depends on my schedule).

  3. I publicly display how far along I am in the commission on my Trello page. If there seems to be a lag in updating, it’s most likely because I am either working on it, or it has been put on hold.

  4. The order in which I do commissions is publicly displayed on my Trello page. All commissions are done in the order received.

  5. Please check your email/messages often, as I may have questions/clarifications to run by you.

  1. The process will take longer than you expect if I’ve been waiting on you for an answer.

  2. If you do not respond within 48 hours, I will place the commission on hold and work on the next one in line.

  1. Adoptables, OTAs, and other open artwork to the public have designated rules in each description, but still follow this T.O.S. where applicable.

III. PAYMENT

  1. I will only be accepting USD and DeviantArt points (100 points = $1.00 USD).

  2. All USD commissions will be paid through Ko-Fi or Etsy. Please follow the platform instructions and payment process accordingly.

  3. All DeviantArt point commissions will be paid through the commission widget. Any points sent directly to my dA account will be considered a donation.

  4. Commissions will not be started until I receive full payment (exceptions may apply). For Exceptions: Please ask me directly in the Questions/Concerns section.

  5. If your character is extremely detailed, I reserve the right to charge extra.

  1. If I contact you about this before starting the commission, expect that I will add a small fee in accordance to your character’s complexity.

  2. You may switch out the character with no charge if you do not want to pay extra.

  1. Tips are welcome! If you wish to tip, you may send it to my Ko-Fi page or include it in your initial payment. Thank you in advance!

IIV. CLIENT SATISFACTION

  1. You have every right to see how far along I am in the commission. Please communicate if you want frequent updates along the process when you first ask for a commission.

  1. You will receive a rough sketch of your commission for your review and feedback before I continue the process.

  2. Anything can be changed at the start of the commission no matter how big the change is.

  1. After a commission is completed, only small changes are allowed to be made (small coloring, small mistakes, etc.) free of charge. Any bigger changes will come with extra charge (i.e. additions, complex background change, etc.).

  2. Any mistakes on my behalf (misread description, missed a detail, etc.) will be corrected free of charge.

  1. If the mistake is a result of insufficient information or not mentioned to me when I accepted your commission, I am not obliged to make corrections/changes.

  2. If, by any means, you realize you forgot to add something while I’m working on your commission, please contact me as soon as possible. The longer you wait to contact me, the longer it will take to fix it.

  1. I will never redraw an entire commission. You must state everything clearly and in full detail when ordering as I do it exactly as stated. If you insist on a redraw, commission me again.

V. USAGE AND COPYRIGHT

  1. You have the right to make your commission private. If you choose to have a private commission, I will send the finished product to you and only you. If you did not choose to have a private commission, I am allowed to post, display, and promote myself with the finished product.

  2. The commissioner is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only, use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist, and/or print the art and claim the right of the character(s).

  3. The following is considered Copyright Infringement:

  1. Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (making money off it in any way)

  2. Taking credit for the creation of the artwork

  3. Removing any watermarks/signatures of the artwork

  4. Altering the artwork without my consent

  5. Re-posting without proper credit (“credit to the original artist” will not suffice)

  6. Manipulate or use said art in A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) art generators, makers, etc.

  1. Any violation of the above will result in a report to the proper authorities. You will also be permanently banned from further purchasing, and blocked accordingly on social medias.

VI. DEADLINES AND REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

  1. I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time (i.e. I have the right to refuse service).

  2. You may only receive a refund if I did not complete the artwork. Refunds are calculated based on how far the commission is completed.

  3. If I don't receive your payment and you wish to cancel the commission before I start, you will get the full refund once it does go through.

  4. If you have a deadline, please let me know. Deadlines must accommodate the seven-day turnaround time. You will receive a full refund if it is not completed by the deadline.

VII. WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW

  1. 18+, Not Safe for Work (NSFW), exaggerated body parts, etc.

  2. Excessive gore

  3. Anthros (Furries, MLP, Sonic, etc.)

  4. Groups of over ten people

  5. Fan Art of copyrighted characters/designs

  6. Something other than the styles I currently do (see my website and art gallery for more information)

From imagining a brand new world to creating and designing characters, my entire life changed the first time I picked up a pencil.My first story was a four-page paperback written in crayon, and my first art piece is currently in a frame in my office. I never thought I would get to where I am today, and I'm grateful for my family, friends, and fiance for supporting me throughout the years.With a Bachelors in English, I never forget my love for creativity and creation in art. I published my first book in 5th grade, and stepped into the art field in high school. English was always my favorite class, and every time I was in the art building I felt like I was home.I've also loved making little trinkets at a young age, and making jewelry and stickers has now become a fun hobby of mine. With experience in working at my family business, I work towards producing high quality jewelry and unique stickers and designs.I am a music and nature enthusiast, always finding myself with a warm cup of coffee and watching the rain.Currently I am writing a novel, and plan to publish it within the next year or two! I may include snippets and ideas here and there on my social media platforms below.
